Legal and Political Research

From its inception, one of the areas of investigation of the Institute of Educational and Social Studies has been the analysis of fundamental legal content in the right to education.

The area is led by the belief that this right ought to serve as the general framework for organization of the systems of education and training in Europe. As much the content of law as the reflection considering freedoms are always present in the approximation of educational reality.

Projects of Reference
  • The Foundation collaborates in the project of investigation directed by Rafael Caballero Sánchez Sistema on territorial decentralization and the educational system, whose first seminar took place in Madrid on the 25th of October.
  • Legal basis for the education of students in the Spanish educational system. Legal-political meetings in 2005. Minister of Education of Castilla and Leon.
